Basic Game Info and Strategy
Monster Galaxy is a new game on Facebook by the creators of the virtual world “Gaia Online.” The game brings a Pokemon style game to the Facebook platform. From the first time you play you will see that Monster Galaxy is a higher quality game than many of the Facebook apps that are being produced.
When you first begin the game, you are given a choice of three different monsters, which are called Mogas. This is based on your zodiac sign. You will then travel the land and collect different Moga, all the while completing quests. Anyone who has ever played Pokemon will find the game play very similar.
The graphics are very well done for a Facebook game. The quest system makes it easy enough for anyone to start playing, but provides new challenges even as you progress in levels. The story is much more important to the game than in most of the facebook apps, it may be a bit predictable but it will hold the interest of the player to encourage game progression. The game is still new; the true test will be whether the company continues to provide new content for higher level players.

Similar to Pokemon, you will capture new Moga by fighting them until they are weakened and using a special item (called a star seed) to capture them. Your chance of capturing an enemy Moga gets better the lower their health, but make sure not to fully defeat them or you will not have the opportunity to capture them.
Moga lose health and the ability to use certain attacks when they are used in battle. You can rest your Moga in your house to restore lost health and attack power. The amount of time it takes to restore this lost energy increases as your Moga’s level goes up. You can take other Moga out to level during this time, so you don’t have to worry about not being able to play.
So far, there is not a lot of items that you need to spend any “real” money on to stay competitive in the game. You can purchase Star Coins that let you buy coffee to revive your pets or buy more Star Seeds, but you will get enough of those items to progress in the game without spending anything, the additional items will simply make your game progression a little faster.
Since the game is fairly straightforward so far there are not a lot of current hints or tips available yet. This will certainly change if the producers keep adding additional content. The main thing to keep in mind when playing is to keep your pets leveled up before progressing too far into the game. This will keep you from finding yourself fighting foes that are overpowered and causing your monsters to take too much damage.

Ive been playing Monster Galaxy and have kaught 31 mongas but i still kant katkh Leinedeer! My wife got him and she dont even play it like i do!!! Am on level 17 with my faviorite mongas but kant still manage to katkh him. Kan anyone give me a hint on how to do it!?.
@ Draven: use a moga that is 2X Less Effective against Lainedeer. But! Only use the 2x less effective moga when attempting capture. ( ie: when you click the capture button, you should have the 2x LE moga in battle) to bring it's halth down, it doesn't matter who you use, just so long as the 2x LE moga is in battle when catching it. (soryy I can't stress that enough). Anyway, I caught Lainedeer in two starseeds, and Staryak(a super rare moga) in one. I hope this helps!

if you try to catch tenpac, at least you try to make tenpac to use the defend cure. if you kill it until hes dead and real it life, if you your luck.
2 or 3 starseeds, at lest a 9% on catchable, you should be able to catch lainedeer. my mogo was level 8 when I got him.

I've got a glitch! When You need to go far places without getting a suprise attack! 1st find the place u need to go and press GO then Quickly Press Refresh or Back then forward. After you do that, You Are In The Place You Want! TADA!

The capture button is not always available, why not? I had a Moga for a quest with 1 health left, a Moga 2 levels below and x2 less effective fighting with lots of health left and the capture button never came up.

How to woolf catch?? I spam like the end killed it but when try to catch it always fail :P in
caught a woolf and rainburn last time. woolf with 16 starseeds. rainburn with 20 staren seeds. catching rarer mogas should cost a plenty of ss. But i caught plasmians with 12 ss and azurel with 10(legendary mogas). The jackpot is when i caught war lepus with 1 starseed!

For capturing Tenpac,I suggest you have a lot of starseeds and mogas with high health.Try to lower Tenpac's health as much as you can.After that click the capture button and try to capture.You will need to do this about 5 times.
